How we ranked them
AION 2 shares the same eight classes across both factions, so this tier list judges them on all-round strength: how easily they level and farm solo, how much they’re wanted in group PvE, and how they hold up in faction PvP. The Gladiator and Ranger top the list for being strong everywhere — the Gladiator for its lifesteal and wide cleaves, the Ranger for safe, high ranged damage. The A tier is deep and every class in it is fully viable, with the three support-and-tank roles (Templar, Cleric, Chanter) guaranteed a group spot. Only the Spiritmaster trails slightly at launch, and balance patches will move these rankings.
