Fiona MacRae is Everything Edinburgh’s food and drink editor. A trained chef turned journalist, she has spent a decade eating her way through Edinburgh’s restaurant scene — from Michelin-starred splurges on George Street to hidden ramen spots in Leith.

Her guides are based entirely on personal visits, never press trips. She holds a Level 2 WSET wine qualification and writes the site’s craft beer and cocktail round-ups.
