Kick Ass Greyfriars sits on the Cowgate at the Grassmarket end of the Old Town, a two-minute walk from Greyfriars Kirkyard and Bobby, and close to Victoria Street and the Grassmarket’s pubs. The National Museum of Scotland is around the corner, and the Royal Mile is a short walk uphill. It is an excellent budget base for exploring the Old Town on foot, with plenty of cheap eats and bars nearby and easy access to buses along George IV Bridge for trips further afield.
