How to survive the Deep North

The Deep North is a frozen endgame zone, so frost resistance is essential — bring frost-resist mead and the warmest gear you can craft before you arrive. The land is patrolled by Jotun frost giants, who also drive the Jotun Invasion, a raid-style event you’ll trigger repeatedly as you push toward the boss. Along the way you’ll gather new resources like Petrified Tissue and the Caller armour molds, and clear two new dungeons. Because this is Valheim’s final content, enemies hit hard and come in groups, so strong crowd-control weapons like the Thunderblood Sledge and Frostner earn their place here.
