The Cairngorms National Park, Whisky Trail, Castle Trail, and Moray Firth—Aberdeenshire is a lesser-known region of Scotland that is packed with attractions. Located on the east coast, this rural and coastal area offers plenty to explore. You could easily spend a week or two travelling from Edinburgh through Fife and Dundee, up to Aberdeenshire, and then on to Inverness.
