Este es el circuia clásico por Escocia, y con buena razón: en diez días conecta las Tierras Altas, la Isla de Skye y las dos ciudades sin que conduzcas más de unas cuatro horas al día. Empiezas y terminas en Edimburgo, recoges el coche en el aeropuera y lo devuelves en el mismo mostrador, así que no hay tasas incómodas de solo ida.
Tómalo como un marco más que como un libro de reglas. Los tiempos de conducción abajo son tiempos reales de las Tierras Altas, no el mejor caso de Google Maps, y las carreteras de vía única en Skye te ralentizarán más. La ruta, día a día
Recoge el coche de alquiler en el Aeropuera de Edimburgo y sube tranquilamente hasta Stirling, par yo en los Kelpies en Falkirk. Una primera etapa deliberadamente corta que deja la tarde libre para el castillo.
